Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via DHL or USPS. Normal processing time is 3-4 days from the day the order is placed, then DHL ground shipping which can be 7-10 business days.

For international orders, we are required to submit the appropriate customs paperwork which can vary from country to county.

Some countries require an additional "duty" to be paid at the time of delivery. We do not collect or forward these duties so it the customers responsibility to pay their local government taxes and duties on all items where required.
